"Very professional, reliable. Chris was called for emergency work on a stair removal, repair and re-installation of stair. He is immediately responsive to phone calls and questions. Great time management on his part and with his work - always showed up on the scheduled time. The quality of his work was outstanding and he gave great attention to detail. He collaborated with another company's installer ( who was in the house working on a separate project } and give that person quick good instruction on better carpentry strategies. He demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable about carpentry and has superior skill that resulted in our complete satisfaction with the stair, banister and supports. Organized and left the area where the work was done spotless. I feel very confident in recommending Chris and his company, Bespoke, to others. Would definitely hire him back for other projects."
