The new springs were quickly installed, the door was lubricated and balanced, and we tested everything out. Both men made adjustments until they were fully happy it was opening and closing smoothly. They insisted I call them if any problems come up after they leave, just another way of showing they were really interested in making sure I was satisfied and confident of their commitment to doing a good job.
